How To Make Fried Rice (Nasi Goreng)


Fried rice (nasi goreng) is the famous food from Indonesia. Since the time of the Indonesia in Netherland undercontrol, nasi goreng had been famous and the one of favorite food for indonesian and netherlander. The following are the ingredients and how to make fried rice:

Ingredients (for two portions):
1. 3 cloves of garlic
2. 6 cloves of onion
3. 6 red chilies
4. 2 pieces of pecan
5. terasi/ebi to taste
6. 2 tea spoons of salt
7. soy sauce
8. 2 plates of rice
9. margarine
10. seasonings

Step:
1. Mesh or blend all of ingredient (number 1-6) untill smooth.
2. Heat the margarine in a frying pan, cook spice that have been smoothed untill cooked with the medium fire.
3. Pour the rice into the frying pan, stir well.
4. Pour soy sauce and seasonings to taste, stir well.

Now, fried rice have been cooked. You can add side dishes that you like. Enjoy! ^_^
